CNTM says it has received a proposal offering $1.60 per share in cash from its three largest institutional investors to acquire all remaining outstanding shares of the company
Offer represents a 226% premium to stock's last close
It implies a total equity valuation of about $46.5 million for ConnectM
Including session move, shares down 14.5% YTD
