ConnectM Tech surges after receiving take-private offer

** Shares of clean energy tech provider ConnectM Technology Solutions CNTM.O more than double to $1.05
** CNTM says it has received a proposal offering $1.60 per share in cash from its three largest institutional investors to acquire all remaining outstanding shares of the company
** Offer represents a 226% premium to stock's last close
** It implies a total equity valuation of about $46.5 million for ConnectM
** Including session move, shares down 14.5% YTD
