BUZZ-Emeren rises after sale of solar project portfolio to Trina Solar

** Shares of U.S.-based solar firm Emeren Group SOL.N rise 8.9% to $2.07
** Company announces the sale of a 65 megawatt-peak (MWp) solar project portfolio to a unit of Trina Solar 688599.SS
** Portfolio includes three projects: one in western Germany, the second - an agrivoltaics (Agri-PV) project - in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, northern Germany, and another Agri-PV initiative located in Lower Saxony, northern Germany
** These projects are expected to close in mid-to-late 2025
** Stock was down 2.9% in 2024
