** Shares of hydrogen fuel cell maker Plug Power PLUG.O rise 3.4% to $2.75 premarket
** Company signs deal to supply 3 gigawatts (GW) of electrolyzer capacity to Allied Green Ammonia's green hydrogen-to-ammonia plant, currently under development in Australia
** Upon a positive final investment decision expected by Q2 2025, company will begin the manufacturing and delivery of electrolyzers starting in Q1 2027
** Stock was down 30% in 2024
