Ukraine says Trump envoy visit delayed for legal reasons

KYIV, Jan 10 (Reuters) - A visit to Ukraine by President-elect Donald Trump's envoy Keith Kellogg was delayed until after Trump's Jan. 20 inauguration for legal rather than political reasons, Ukraine's foreign ministry said on Friday.
Foreign ministry spokesperson Heorhii Tykhyi gave no further details about the reasons for the delay. Sources told Reuters earlier this week that a fact-finding trip to Kyiv and other European capitals by Kellogg, named by Trump to help end the Russia-Ukraine war, had been postponed until after the inauguration.
