MOSCOW, Jan 10 (Reuters) - The Kremlin on Friday accused the administration of U.S. President Joe Biden of trying to leave president-elect Donald Trump the most toxic legacy possible and said Biden might therefore impose a final round of sanctions on Moscow.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov made the comments during a conference call with reporters.
A U.S. official said on Thursday that Biden would unveil new sanctions targeting Russia's economy this week, a measure to bolster Kyiv's war effort against Moscow before Donald Trump takes office.
