UN chief Guterres expresses confidence in South Korea democracy, Seoul says

SEOUL, Jan 10 (Reuters) - United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres expressed full confidence in the strength and resilience of South Korea's democratic institutions in a phone call with the country's acting president, Seoul's finance ministry said on Friday.
South Korea's Finance Minister Choi Sang-mok, who is serving as acting president, expressed his will to manage state affairs and foreign relations stably, according to a statement released by the ministry.
