Nippon Steel to sue US government, Nikkei says

TOKYO, Jan 4 (Reuters) - Nippon Steel 5401.T has decided to file a lawsuit against the U.S. government to challenge the appropriateness of the procedures by which President Joe Biden issued an order to block its acquisition of U.S. Steel, the Nikkei business daily reported early on Saturday.
