Canadian home sales and prices fall in March

TORONTO, April 15 (Reuters) - Canadian home sales fell 4.8% in March from February and were down 9.3% on an annual basis, data from the Canadian Real Estate Association showed on Tuesday.
The industry group's Home Price Index declined 1% on the month and was down 2.1% annually, while the national average selling price was down 3.7% on the year.
