LONDON, April 14 (Reuters) - Northwest European gasoline refining profit rose by nearly $2 a barrel on Monday, supported by firmed buying activity.
A total of 7,000 metric tons of Eurobob E5 traded, with BP and Trafigura selling to Litasco, BMV, Mabanaft, and TotalEnergies.
Another 12,000 tons of Eurobob E10 traded as Shell and Litasco sold to Varo and TotalEnergies.
France's road fuel deliveries in March stood at 3.82 million cubic metres, down 2.8% from March 2024 levels, data from the country's petroleum association UFIP showed. The decline came as a 5.4% drop in diesel deliveries outweighed a 3.5% rise in gasoline, the data showed.
The share of diesel in French road fuel consumption fell by 1.9 percentage points compared to March 2024 to reach 68.9%, UFIP said.
Nigeria's Dangote oil refinery has issued a tender to sell 80,000-88,000 metric tons of reduced crude oil (RCO), an atmospheric residue similar to fuel oil, a document seen by Reuters showed.
"We will not have RCO once we go to 100% utilisation in (the) RFCC (residue fluid catalytic cracker)," said Devakumar Edwin, a vice president at Dangote Industries, without specifying the current run rates on the unit.
The tender closes on April 15, with the loading dates for offtake over April 24-26.
