BEIJING, April 9 (Reuters) - China on Wednesday released a White Paper on its trade and economic ties with the United States, Xinhua reported, reiterating that it would take countermeasures following U.S. President Donald Trump hiking tariffs on Chinese goods.
The White Paper said China considered it normal for the world's top two economies to have differences and friction in economic and trade cooperation and that Beijing was willing to communicate with Washington to resolve them, Xinhua reported.
