MOSCOW, April 2 (Reuters) - Russia's Defence Ministry said on Wednesday that Ukraine had attacked Russian energy facilities twice during the past 24 hours, despite a U.S.-brokered moratorium on energy strikes by both Russia and Ukraine.
The ministry said Ukraine had conducted drone and shelling attacks on facilities in Russia's Kursk region, causing power cuts.
Reuters could not verify the reported strikes. Each side has accused the other of violating the moratorium.
