April 1 (Reuters) - Nordic forward price dipped on Tuesday, with the front-year contract hitting a two-month low, weighed down by wetter weather forecasts in the hydro-reliant region.
* The Nordic front-quarter baseload power contract ENOFBLQc1 eased 0.05 euros or 0.27% to 18.2 euros per megawatt hour (MWh) as of 1040 GMT.
* The Nordic front-year contract ENOFBLYc1 dropped to 35.2 euros per MWh, the lowest since January 30.
* "Today's downtrend could be attributed to a bit wetter signals from the long-term weather forecasts, but the changes are in fact rather marginal," said Karsten Sander Nielsen, an analyst with Energi Danmark.
* Nordic water reserves available 15 days ahead PCAEC00 were seen at 10.33 terawatt hours (TWh) above normal, compared with 10.44 TWh on Monday.
* "Next week will be generally colder and cloudier in the entire area with occasional precipitation as snow or sleet even in lowland areas," said LSEG meteorologist Georg Muller, adding that temperatures will drop to near or slightly below normal.
* Dutch and British gas prices edged higher on forecasts of cooler temperatures from the weekend and ahead of maintenance at some Norwegian infrastructure later this week. NG/EU
* In the European carbon market, the benchmark contract CFI2Zc1 added 1.5 euros to 69.48 euros a tonne.
* German year-ahead power TRDEBYc1 rose 1.35 euros or 1.58% to 86.6 euros per MWh.
* The Nordic power price for next-day physical delivery FXSYSAL=NPX, or system price, increased by 1.35 euros to 86.6 euros per MWh.
* Nielsen added, he expects a sideways trend to continue on the Nordic futures in the near future, unless we see a significant change in weather or if the related markets start making any major adjustments, which could be caused by the U.S. tariff introductions in the coming time.
