The Company has approximately 343 healthcare operations, which includes 44 senior living operations, across 17 states. Its subsidiaries, including Standard Bearer Healthcare REIT, Inc., own around 143 real estate assets. Its operations are located in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado and others.
