** Co reports Q4 net sales of $1.33 bln, below analysts' average estimate of $1.41 bln, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Expects FY total sales growth and organic sales growth of 4%-5% vs analysts' average estimate of 6.57%

** Also expects 2025 adj. profit from continuing operations in the range of $17.35 to $17.85
